📋 PROCEDURE FOR WARRANTY POLICY

After purchasing the product, the customer must fill out the Warranty Registration Form available on the company website within 7 days of purchase or by scanning the QR code provided on the product sticker.
If the product is not installed at the time of form submission, the customer must submit the form again after installation, as installation photographs are mandatory.
If the form is incomplete, Durawot will contact the customer to collect the required details.
Once the form is complete and successfully verified, the company will issue the Warranty Card to the customer via their registered email address.
In case of any issue, the customer must fill out the complaint form. Alternatively, they may contact the helpline or email, but filling the complaint form is mandatory.
The issue will be resolved within 15 days. If replacement is required, the resolution timeline may be extended.

📌 IMPORTANT NOTE

A sticker will be affixed to or provided with the product packaging, clearly stating that the customer must complete warranty registration within 7 days of purchase.

Installation and plumbing guidelines will be included in the product packaging and will also be available on the company website.
